Blueyonder email

I originally set up a blueyonder email as an alias to my step fathers NTL/Blueyonder account, around 12 years ago.
I need the old blueyonder account to reset a password on an old Facebook account I want to delete.

any ideas if VM can access the old email for me to recover the password code?

Re: Blueyonder email

Is the blueyonder account still live?

Is your father in law still a broadband customer with VM?

Re: Blueyonder email

hi there.

thanks for replying, No I don’t think he is still a user and I don’t think the blueyonder email is still active. It never received anything mails it was simply set up to use Facebook, the account in question I’m trying to enter

Re: Blueyonder email

You are pretty much goosed then.  VM will only support legacy domains where there is an active broadband account, and TBH even then support is hit and miss.

Re: Blueyonder email

You might have some luck if you still have access to a device that has previously accessed the account...
