I have an old blueyonder email address which i haven't used in years (it's in my maiden name and have been married for 15 years) i regularly get letters saying my email address is being used to send spam emails and would like to delete the account completely, how do i do this?
This is certainly something we can check for you - if the email address is either connected to an inactive account or is a secondary email on an active account, we can deactivate these for you. However, if the email address is the primary email address it must remain active.
