Blueyonder email tells me to verify identity but wont accept password

My blueyonder enail account is syddenly telling me to sign in again but won't accept my (correct) password.

Has my account been hacked ?

Have you been able to reset the password using the 'Forgotten password' feature on the website? Please give this a try and keep us updated with how you get on
