Blueyonder email problems

My wife and I both have blueyonder accounts with Virgin and have had for years. My account is the principal account and my wife's is a secondary account. We use Apple devices. I can receive emails on our desktop iMac and my iPad. My wife can receive emails on her iPad and iPhone but not from the desktop. She can receive emails through Virgin webmail. When she goes into emails through  Apple Mail , she is asked for a password as her account is 'offline'. This password is not the same as her Virgin Media password. How do I find out what this password should be or how do I change it? There is nothing on the VirginMedia site about Blueyonder accounts, only virginmedia accounts. Any help would be grateful received.

Welcome, thanks for posting.

I am sorry for the issue with your Blueyonder account.

Have you tried resetting the password to a more secure password? Clearing cookies and Cache on the devices it is not working on? Uninstalling the mail app and reinstalling?
