My blueyonder email stopped working this morning.
Nothing unusual I thought, but when I tried to login to the virgin media Web site to reset, it didn't recognise my email address, so I had to change to my alternative outlook email which let me login. But now I can't see how to change the password on my existing blueyonder email that I've been using for 20odd years

Just to confirm, are you able to access your online account with the outlook email and your blueyonder is a secondary email you have attached to your service account?
