Blueyonder email not working

I am unable to access my blueyonder emails since yesterday.  When trying to access through VM Website it says it does not recognise my email address and to enter a valid email address.  I have had this account for many, many years

The first thing to check is are you still a Virgin Media broadband customer?

I have not been a VM broadband customer for 5 years.  Had no probs before

You may find that you can still access the account via an email client such as Thunderbird.  When VM catch up on old accounts that should have been closed when the associated broadband account closed webmail access is often the first to go.
