Blueyonder email not being received

Good evening

I have not received email since yesterday.

When I go into Email via MyVirginMedia I get the message but I have not changed anything and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone to assist

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Any ideas, thanks

Normally that message means your account has been locked for security purposes.

Provided you are a Virgin Media broadband customer and the email address concerned is correctly linked to your account the Forum Team should be able to help you.

They will reach this thread tomorrow evening.

Sorry to hear of the email access issues and thank you for raising this via the forum.

 

Can you confirm if you are still a Virgin Media customer with active services? If you have cancelled services recently, or maybe even a while ago, the email address may have been closed as these are for active customers.

 

If not then we will be happy to look into this further for you. Have you hand any correspondence from us in regards to the email address and unusual activity? This can result in the mailbox being suspended and the internet security team may even reset the password on the account if they feel it has been compromised.

Hi Rob, yes still a VM customer, no message or correspondence to advise any unusual email activity.
