Blueyonder email not available

My Blueyonder email has not worked since the weekend and when I log in I get the following message. Please can someone help me access them:

 “Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.”

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your mailbox Sheldon2020.

 

I have looked into your account and have re-enabled the mailboxes on your account, please could you try to login to your mailbox and let me know if it works or not.

Hi alannichols, it looks like we have raised an IT ticket to get this resolved which will usually take 3-5 days. Please all the team to resolve the ticket - Chris

Blueyonder email account unavailable

Hello my Blueyonder email account is unavailable and I cannot log in to it.

Please can someone help? I had the same problem a few weeks ago and someone at Virgin had to unlock it for me.

Are you currently a Virginmedia broadband subscriber?
Are you accessing the account on a device or via webmail?
Is there any error message &/or code?

Hi, yes I am a Virgin media customer.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago and then someone on here fixed it for me. It happens on my mobile or computer. The message I get is:
