My Blueyonder account has stopped sending or receiving. Responses are 'Unable to verify account name or password, 'Cannot send message using server SMTP,' and 'Server identification required - VM 401.' Any help, please?
Blueyonder email will neither send nor receive. Failure messages: 'Cannot send message using server SMTP,' and Server response: 'Authentication required VM801,' and Unable to verify account name or password.'
I am using iCloud instead but am missing any Blueyonder messages.
Have tried usingVirgin Media instead of Blueyonder.co.uk . No change.
The VM Forum Team will get to this in a day or so, they are very busy at the moment. They will be able to check the status of your blueyonder accounts and see if they are properly connected to your current VM broadband account.
