Can someone please find out who called @stevec1961 and pass this on.

Just because webmail is working OK - that is no reason to ignore problems with IMAP and SMTP clients.  If they don't know what they are talking about - maybe they should learn.

HI Guys,
Any chance of an update on this please?
It's now been almost 3 weeks without email & still no updates. Even the promised "courtesy call" from the call centre yesterday (to see if it was sorted) didn't happen. I appreciate this appears to be a widespread issue, but I would have expected something to be done by now.
I even got a promotional email from Virgin this week boasting they are the "most reliable broadband provider" - at the moment I would disagree with this!

My apologies for the delayed response.

 

We have had information back from the the IT team who have advised that this has now been resolved. 

 

Can you please reset the password for the email address and try logging in?
