HI Guys, Any chance of an update on this please? It's now been almost 3 weeks without email & still no updates. Even the promised "courtesy call" from the call centre yesterday (to see if it was sorted) didn't happen. I appreciate this appears to be a widespread issue, but I would have expected something to be done by now. I even got a promotional email from Virgin this week boasting they are the "most reliable broadband provider" - at the moment I would disagree with this!
