Hi I have exact same issue locked out of blueyonder email. hours of chats & calls with VM technical 'help', not resolved. I've followed all their guidance for new passwords, login via 3rd part email etc etc - no change, still locked. Immensely grateful if you can advise please?

hi pls excuse the direct messgae. did you get your blueyonder email access issue sorted out? I have exactly the same, locked a few days ago. Ive done all the steps for new password, login via a 3rd part email address etc etc.VM customer continually for 25 years, with same blueyonder email address. Had 2 long chat/phone sessions with tech assistants, the latter saying it would be unlocked 2 hours later, but it isn't. If you have the answer I'd be hugely grateful,
