My dad has a blueyonder email account which was unfortunately hacked yesterday. Somebody has managed to delete all his emails completely so he has no access to them, they also hacked and deleted his Facebook and accessed his Amazon and eBay account. Is there any way of possibly getting these emails back as some were really important

I am so sorry to hear that your Dad has faced this issue with his email, can I ask if this email is attached to a current and active broadband account with us?
