Blueyonder email hacked

I am no longer with virgin, my blue yonder email account still live and account hacked. 

Called virgin told can’t help and gave me a phone number to blue yonder which was a payroll company! 

Need help as as soon as possible please, had to block bank cards as they have tried using them.
