Blueyonder email address

Hi,

A move and transfer of my account from my old address to the new current one did not go well as the VM address database did not see my new address, and after over 2 months VMof to'ing and fro'ing and numerous calls to overseas help call centres, cancelled my original account without explicitly notifying me.

I had to set up a new account but I cannot use my original BLUEYONDER email account as it says someone else has that email account name (i.e. me under my original VM contract which was supposed to be 'moved & transferred').

Understandably I wish to retain my blueyonder email account (I have used it for 10+ years).

Can someone help to resolve this issue please.

Really sorry you're having these issues with your email address, I can appreciate you're keen to get it so you can use it with your new address.
