Blueyonder email address still not working

My Blueyonder Email address is still not working. I have been unable to send or receive emails since the 18th of June.

Despite contacting Virgin Media and being passed from one department to the next the issue remains.


I was advised that a 'Ticket' had been raised and someone would contact me, but still nothing.


I need help. what should I do ?

We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Still not receiving anything to my Blueyonder account. Logging on using my PC continually advises me that my settings are out of date. I cant see how to sort this.
