Not true.  Blueyonder is a legacy domain but it is still a Virgin Media email address.  Provided it's correctly linked to your Virgin Media broadband account, there's no functional difference in how it works.

Re: Blueyonder email adddess

You might be able to do it via the Forgotten password route.

Re: Blueyonder email adddess

You're going to need to make a decision.  If the blueyonder email was taken out under a broadband account that was in your name, then it might be possible to do a move and transfer so that the old email profile overwrites the email profile linked to your current broadband account.

Failing that, if @Graham_A 's suggestion does't work, then one of the Forum Team might be able to get you TEMPORARY access back to your blueyonder address.  However this will be at their discretion and is usually a one time only thing.

Re: Blueyonder email adddess

Hi Bhogal99,

Thanks for posting 🙂

As the community have advised you do need an active broadband account in order to use the email service.

I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you to see if I can help unlock temporarily (purple envelope, top right hand corner)

But I do need to set the expectation that this may not be possible.
