I have a blueyonder account which was once attached to a virgin account. The account is still live- I can see it on Outlook on one computer - but want to install it on Outlook on a new PC since I am now back with Virgin.
When I attempt to set it up it refuses, suggesting that I no longer know the password. I do know the original blueyonder password, but it's possible that it got changed when making it work with Virgin the first time around.
if you are now with virgin you may be able to ask VM to move the accounts to your new account., THis will replace all the emails ony our new account with the old ones. from that point you can change he password
