Noticed the last couple of days no email being received from my blueyonder account. Fearing the worst I logged into my virgin media account expecting to have to reset the password but the virgin media account works fine. Tried to access email from the virgin media account link and get a message saying it’s unavailable - give it an hour and try again.
did that and we are 2 days in Now.
have jade some serial numbers emailed to that account which I need access to as they are one off keys I cannot get resent or redirected.
sat on hold waiting for customer services to help but no idea how long the queue is...
