Blueyonder email account access

Hi can anyone help me get access to my Blue yonder email account, I've tried resetting the password as advised on previous posts I've read and this has been unsuccessful... I really need access as my wife bought some o2 priority tickets via my Virgin media account and they've been sent to the blue yonder email address 🤦🏼‍♀️ any help would be greatly appreciated
