Blueyonder account not working

So i have a valid virgin account still up n running but for the past few months i am not recieving any new emails from my bleyonder account . Does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix it ? 

Also when i go into settings it says my username/password is incorrect? 
its diving me insane as the virgin team says there is nothing they can do !

was the email address created on your current account or was it create on a old now closed account?
