Blueyonder account names

My Blueyonder account gives both my wife and I as Secondary Users but there's no Primary User. How can we get a Primary User identified?

You can check the primary username via this help page:

Thanks Graham. Ive followed it up but both my wife and I are marked as Secondary Users. Any more routes throiugh>?

Hum, that shouldn't happen. If you have entered your current VM broadband account details into the Forgotten username page, as well as the other security info it requests it should come back with the Primary username for the account.

Have you perhaps moved house or changed the main account user details since you first obtained the blueyonder email addresses?

Thanks fro your response again. All our details are the same except that we have installed a Hub3 replacing the old one. so, new Wifi Network and Password.

I have registered our problem about secondary & primary account holder names in my feedback following the engineer's visit. Unfiortunately that issue and the email account failure to send /receive remind unresolved.

I won't pay a third party Gadget  Repair business to sort out what should surely be something for VM/Blueyonder. I can see inline that it's not a unique problem with Blueyonder.

Maybe it's time to go to another provider.

Sorry to read that the issue regarding primary username has not been resolved.

I have asked the Moderators to refer this back to the Forum Team.  As this is a bank holiday weekend it may be a few days before they respond.

Thanks for ther response. 

Yes, I am able to access via  webmail. I hope normal email can be restored eventually using Blueyonder.
