Blueyonder Email

I have just taken out broadband again to access my Blueyonder emails. I had to create a new log in to virgin media and it wouldn’t let me use the old Blueyonder email. How do I access my old Blueyonder emails as they are not showing

@Kazraff How long is it since your blueyonder email address was attached to a virgin media broadband account?

Starting a new VM broadband account is unlikely to allow you to reactivate an old blueyonder email address.  Since May 2022 VM broadband accounts do not come with an email account.

Your old blueyonder email address should have been deleted 90 days after the broadband account it was connected to was closed.

I haven’t had an account with virgin media for a few years now but my Blueyonder email is still working and I have always been able to use it. When  I took the new contract out last week they assured me my old email address would be connected to the new account

@Kazraff This may be possible via a process called Move and Transfer.  The VM Forum Team staff should be able to investigate and advise if this is possible in your case.

They will respond here in due course.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your email account at the moment, we may not be able to restore your email as you have not been a customer of ours for a few years.
