Blueyonder Email

I cant log into my blueyonder email via Virgin media

Doesn't recognise my password

When i try to reset password it doesn't even recognise my user name or Email address????

Don't have a internet account with virgin anymore so no bills etc but i do have a mobile account with them

Help

A Virgin Media broadband account is required for continued use of a blueyonder email address.  The email account should be closed 90 days after you cease to be a customer.  Sometimes they go on longer but not guaranteed.

I'm sorry to hear this, as so helpfully advised by @Graham_A, you need to have active media services with us in order for the email account to remain active. 

 

I can appreciate this is frustrating and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

my old email seems to be hacked

I no longer have the ability to change its password although the hacker seems to have got in and changed it

how do i now either get the password changed or the Email account closed down ?

I requested my Blueyonder Emails Account to be shut down this morning

Nothing seems to have been done

M account still live

hackers managed to get into my Skype account using my email and take £25 as account still not closed down

I really need the account deleted asap as I am being hacked and the email used to open fraudulent accounts in my name

my Emails are:

[Removed]

my old account i think is

Account [Removed]      i think as it was closed some time ago when i moved from Surbiton

can you confirm when the account will be shut down
