Blueyonder Email Password Help

HI, I am an ex-VM customer who has always had and used the blueyonder email account on my mobile. Problem is my mobile has completely died, and i cant remember the password for the account. When i put in the email address it says User not found.

I was using the email up until yesterday. How do i go about either resetting the password or recovering it please?

Ongoing use of a VM email address (including the legacy domains) requires the user to have an active Virgin Media broadband account to which the email address is linked.

If that isn't the case then the email address is deemed to be orphaned and is liable to closure at any time.

If the password reset route doesn't work then there is nothing that the VM Forum Team can do other than ensure the account is fully deleted.
