Blueyonder Account Stopped working

Is anyone having problems with Blueyonder account

i called Virgin 

 

BUT are saying it will take 72 Hours for someone to get back and they could not confirm if there was a fault

They will not call you back.

I can see that @jpeg1 has shared some important links with you. Have you taken a look to see which ones apply to you? Has this helped with your situation?

Can you confirm if you have an active broadband account with us? What error do you see when you try to sign into your mailbox?

Hi yes i followed the links but they did not work 

 

when i went to sine in on website i just said page not available 

 

its all sorted now 

Virgin must have done something but not made it public 

first time a really had any bother in 30 years
