Thank you for you response.
If you no longer have a Virgin Media account that the email address is linked to, we unfortunately have no way to manage that email account.
Emails accounts are usually disconnected within 90 days of the broadband being cancelled however this can sometimes be missed.
If you have a laptop or phone that you can try and access the email account on, we would recommend moving any important emails and then setting up a third party email account going forward.
