Blocking emails

Hi

I have blocked quite a few email addresses over time but they are still getting through. When I reblock the email address a message comes up saying this email has already been blocked. But it’s not blocking.

Can anyone advise please.

If these emails are being delivered to your:

  • Inbox folder then something has gone wrong
  • Spam folder then the block is working as expected

Thanks for your reply.  They are going to my spam folder so that seems to be working for me but for my wife they are getting through to her inbox still.

Any ideas what she needs to do?

Has she blocked them in her own account and do they:

  • continue to arrive in her inbox?
  • trying to block tehm again causes the error message The address you are trying to block is already on your blacklist to be shown?
