Blacklisted IP - did anyone find a solution to emails being sent to junk??
I'm finding a lot of my non-junk email ending up in the JUNK folder. Its particularly youtube notifications for channels I subscribe to. I keep marking them NOT JUNK in apple mail, and moving them to Inbox in the hope VM learns they are not JUNK. Perhaps this is not the correct method? Please advise.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues regarding your emails.
If you are using a Virgin Media email address can you also log in online here and filter the necessary emails as 'not spam' please? This is to ensure the correct filters are set on your webmail and not just the client (Apple mail).
