When accessing email through : mail.virginmedia.com

I get this message

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

PLEASE HELP!

If the issue does not persist when using your browser's Incognito / Private window then when it next occurs;

    • select the padlock icon shown in the address / location bar
    • look for an option to either clear / view cookies in the pop-up menu
    • then follow the process to remove the cookies shown for the site
