Bad Message received when accessing email in firefox

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit

This comes up whenever I try to get to my email on my newest PC which is running Win 10. I am using Firefox. I have no problem with accessing email vis Firefox on my WIN XP machine or on my phone. I can also get it using outlook on each machine.

Re: Bad Message received when accessing email in firefox

Usually caused by a corrupt cookie – or a cookie format which the server is not expecting to receive. Clear your browser’s Cache and Cookies which relate to Virginmedia. Close down the browser completely and then re-open it. If the problem isn’t fixed, you probably missed a cookie, so delete ALL cache and cookies and try again.
