Wanted to replied to Confirmation email for new V360 upgrade to say thanks but no thanks after reading that you loose any / all your recordings!!!!

So hit reply and did so!

Couple of minutes later get the following

So clicked on link provided in email see immediately below

Then get on the following page the following screen message "Oh Crikey" message 

VM don't you test these email templates before going LIVE?
REALLY VM GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!

We're sorry to hear you're not wanting to upgrade your box to the new 360 service for now. 

Checking the link in the email, this is taking me to the relevant page so I'm unsure why this didn't work for you. I have included the full URL below for you instead:
