Authentication information headache.

Good morning folks, I hope I find you well.

I'm getting the following message on one of my email accounts

"The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."

I've changed and updated the password several times to no avail.

Grateful for any advice by return.

Mr A

Re: Authentication information headache.

Hi John.

Many thanks for coming back to me.

It's happening on both the webmail and Outlook (16.56 for Mac).

Very grateful for any assistance you might be able to offer.

Regards.

Mr A.

Hi, Paul.

Re: Authentication information headache.

Hi guys I really appreciate the help but this issue will have been ongoing for a week come tomorrow. I'm sure I am missing important subscription emails from Paypal and others. Grateful for a resolution asap.

Re: Authentication information headache.

Hi Paul.

These exchanges are proving fruitless. Can you please go into my account (previous permissions granted apply) and set it up for me and email / message me with the details for me to set up on my outlook? I am now fast approaching a week with no access to the primary email address for several online services with access to my financial details.
