Hi, I have set up a second email address on my account. When I log into Virgin Media email I only see emails relating my main account, but when I use my ipad or iphone to view emails I can see both accounts, as expected.
On Virgin Media, in Settings / Accounts, I see this error message against the additional email address - "the entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by the provider". I have tried retyping the password (I know it is the correct password as it works fine with my ipad/iphone). I also noticed that the additional email address has nothing showing in the STANDARD FOLDERS section of the account details, and I cannot enter any details there. Maybe that is correct, or maybe it is a contributory factor, I don't know.
Any ideas how I can make Virgin Media show both email accounts.

What happens if you log in directly to the new account in webmail? You will need to make sure you sign out of your other account first, then go to https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ and entrer the new accounts username and password.
Does the account show correctly then?
