I posted a question asking why half my emails might be going into spam. I have disabled all filters.
The question may have been removed , because I saw it after I'd posted it, but can't find it now.

Is this the post to which you refer?
As for emails from eBay going to spam I am not surprised as anything I receive purporting to be from eBay or PayPal I always flag as spam.

Yes that was it thanks - I couldn't find it.
I want those ebay emails - they're set up for things I'm looking for.
It seems ridiculous that we can't contact VM - or is there a way?
Whenever I phone it takes an hour for anything.

I am sorry to hear emails you rely on receiving are going to the incorrect mailbox. Is this in all clients?

It looks like it's only the main account, though that has two email addresses - very old setup which few VM folk knew ever happened. Emails to both are misdirected.
It used to have filters on but I disabled them all. I also added one to put emails from ebay.co.uk into my inbox, but that did nothing.
