## Archive

Hi , I very rarely print emails but this was a special request. I inadvertently pressed the archive key instead of the "more" items key where the print option is. So, where did the email go? the archive folder is empty!!

Thanks  ericg

## Re: Archive

try clicking the arrow next to archive, which will open the subfolder(s) labelled for the years.  Is it there?

## Re: Archive

Phew, I tested it in Firefox webmail, so I was struggling to think of an alternative.  Have a good day, Eric!

## Re: Archive

When you run Archive in webmail you usually have to refresh the page before the new folders will show up. Precise action  depends upon the browser you are using.
