Apple and Android Device will not load virginmail account
I have just set up virgin email accounts for my wife and I. We both added these accounts to our apple and samsung phones. These initially worked (received welcome messages from Virgin) but are unable to send emails out. They remain in the outbox. I uninstalled on my samsung and tried to add again but now it says my username and password are not recognised. I tried the same with my macbook, again username and pwd not recognised. If I log on to virgin mail through the browser it works fine. Help.

Thanks but it did not work.
Pwd changed, accepted and confirmation received but still cannot send emails (remains queued in outbox).
Then tried removing and reinstalling email account on android with the new pwd this time got authentication error. This error was overcome by turning sign in "off". Pwd accepted but still cannot send emails again stuck in outbox.
