Email not sending - blueyonder.  This happened before when I used Chrome so I moved to Edge, now happening on that one - how to fix?

• We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with sending email from your blueyonder email address. 
• Can you confirm if this is happening when using a client or email app too or is this only when using webmail?

Is this error also coming up on every email you try to send or only to a specific address?

I'm getting this same error. Happened a few weeks ago and then again yesterday. Had to use Windows mail to send anything. Seems to resolve if you shut down & reboot but that's a faf especially as I'm trying hard to wind up one parents estate and now organise a funeral for his wife!
