Same problem. Cannot send emails, or reply to emails from by Virgin account, just get the message "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request". I'm using a laptop at home, if that makes any difference. Massively frustrating.

Do you get the same issue when trying to send or reply from your Virgin Media email through a client such as gmail or outlook at all?
