Sign into your primary "My Virgin Media" account from this link https://virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media and go to "Account settings", then "Account details" and then "Manage other Virgin Media accounts".
You will then see a list of all the secondary accounts set up on that primary account and the option to delete them.
Last year VM removed the option in primary accounts to reset secondary account passwords. These days each secondary email account has its own "My Virgin Media" account. To reset secondary account passwords you sign in using the same link as above but use the email address and password of that secondary email account. The option to reset its password is on the "Account details" page.
Just for completeness, VM no longer allows you to add new secondary email accounts to a broadband account. VM stopped issuing new VM email accounts back in May 2022 and since then new VM broadband customers have to use their existing third party (non VM) email address to create their VM My Virgin Media account.
