Adding my ntlworld email account to my Iphone Outlook

Morning all

I'm struggling to add my @ntlworld.com email account to the Outlook app on my Iphone (13). 

I think I'm correct that the it's imap.ntlworld.com and smtp.ntlworld.com for the respective incoming and outgoing servers (together with the 2 port numbers) and I'm using my normal Virgin Media password login? just can't get it to work. I get my emails fine on my laptop through Outlook, just can't get them linked to my phone.

I've tried all the variations of imap/smtp.virginmedia.com and also tried an App pasword generated my VM, but no joy.

Any technical guys out there who could assist please?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble adding your Virgin Media email address and service to your Microsoft Outlook app. Have you referred to the settings detailed here to get this set up?
