Posted a question about two weeks ago about this but not had a meaningful response. I have had a blueyonder account for many years and have no problems accessing emails from it in Outlook 365 on my desktop nor on my previous phone. Have now got a new phone, installed outlook but although it can find the account wants various settings for imap and stmp. I have picked up that info from the virgin website but it doesn't seem to want to know and checked those are OK but it wants a password for each. I am not aware that I have a password for these.
