I have a family member with a @blueyonder account who has cancelled Virgin Media for me to start a new contract.
Am I able to add her email account to my VM contract/account to stop it being cancelled/deleted after the 90 days?
I myself do not have a VM nor a Blueyonder email address so there is no email account on the account except my @gmail.com one
@Pimbletto Unfortunately it isn't possible to transfer an individual email address from one account to another persons account.
Your family member will need to create a new email address with another one of the free email providers such as gmail or MS outlook. Being independent of the ISP will mean the new address will not be subject to closure if the ISP is changed. They should then use the 90 day window to inform all their contacts and save offline any emails that they want to keep.
