My ntlworld.com email is blocked despite trying to reset the password please unlock

Sure the forum staff will ask, so you've reset the password by logging into your account and resetting the password, what errors do you get when try to sign in

it states "your mailbox is not available at the moment. retry in one hour making sure password is correct"
