Please help. I can't access my email account through Virgin Media login with ntlworld. I am not a Virgin Media customer but the account has been held for over 20 years and has important emails I need to access.
Sorry to hear about this situation, as much as we'd like to help - as Graham_A mentioned above if you don't have an active broadband account all we can do is raise a ticket with IT who will ensure the mailbox is deleted.
