Account termination email

I’ve received an email today saying account termination. It’s from blue yonder.co.uk Admin 

It’s asking me to confirm email to continue using it but it looks like a scam to me. I haven’t had to do this before. Anyone else had anything in last few days

Reads like a scam, forward to phishing@virginmedia.com and delete; if during the send process a Spam Content Found warning is shown then Virgin Media are already aware of it and have started to block it.

FYI: hover pointer over email address but do not click to see actual address behind displayed name or view email source text's From line

I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue, and as @用心棒 has advised this does appear to be a phishing email. 

Have you been able to report this?
