Hi, I am no longer a customer of virgin media but still have a blueyonder email account that has been hacked. They are accessing my accounts and changing passwords. They have obviously changed the password of my blueyonder email account as I cant get access to it. I either need to delete the account or change the password. Can someone help please

Exactly this happened to me.
As far as I can tell if you are no longer a VM customer you can't login in to your account to change your password.
Email dpo@virginmedia.com, tell them you are being hacked and demand they disable the email address immediately. Tell them you will hold them responsible for any costs incurred due to the hacking. That's what I did.

So I can help I've popped you over a private message.

Looks like that email [REMOVED] is no longer working, I wonder why? Keep getting the mail service failed delivery notification.

Thanks, and yet the forum admin are direct messaging me telling me to stop posting this advice... Yet it is the only thing that works quickly to resolve the problem.
