Account hacked

  •   Hi my virgin media account has been hacked I am unable to change my password as my security questions have been changed, As my wife is the main account holder we have been through the process to change the password that way but it is still saying username/password is not correct.  Any help would greatly appreciate.  Andrew

Just got another email say that my password has been changed but I have not been able to access my account for the last 4 days need help ASAP.

it can take staff a week to reply. you might be best calling in to get the password reset assuming you are still a customer

Sorry to hear you have been hacked 

As you have mentioned the account is in your wife's name 

I will need to pass security with your wife before we can help 

If you can check the purple envelope that would be great

I forgot to mention you would need to run a full antivirus and malware scan on all devices that are connected to your wifi.
