Has anyone else had their email account deleted?
My daughter suddenly couldn't access hers yesterday, not receiving or being able to send emails, & when trying it said her account had been deleted!
When contacting Virgin, her husband was told Virgin are slowly deleting all email accounts - surely this can't be right, especially with no warning.
Just thought I'd ask the community if this has happened to anyone else & is it correct.
As far as I know the only email accounts Virgin Media are deleting are those that are not linked to an active broadband service account with them and, if applicable, where more than 90 days have passed since the contract was terminated.

Hey burnietabs, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you are struggling to get into your emails.
As mentioned we would only delete email accounts if you have left us and we do this after 90 days.
What error message is it giving your daughter when she tries to sign in? Thanks
