Emails nor coming through since Saturday. Account is saying invalid password but this has not changed and is automatically entered via touch recognition - is there a problem wider across Virginmedia?

The emails are you using a client or is this through webmail?
Do you get an error message at all?
Have you tried changing the password?
I can’t reset as it is telling me my standard responses are incorrect also! At the moment therefore I can’t access anything even my main Virgin Media account.
can I reset another way? It asks for my virgin mobile number for a text message option but I do not have a VM mobile
