Hi,

I closed Virgin media account last year. email accounts still active and need them closing ASAP. Can virgin media or tech forum advise as to what i need to do.  Contract states emails will close 90 days after account close, account closed august 22.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you need your old Emails deleting as you expected, we do advise when leaving that you may lose access after 90 days.
